1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MMAON platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. MMAON reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to access the prediction markets and tipping features on MMAON. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Platform Overview

MMAON is a Web3 social ecosystem built for mixed martial arts fans. The Platform provides tools for community engagement, live chat, peer-to-peer social tipping, and access to decentralized prediction markets. MMAON is an interface and community hub; we are not a broker, financial institution, exchange, or traditional sportsbook.

4. Web3 Wallets and Self-Custody

To utilize the prediction and tipping features on MMAON, users must connect a compatible self-custodied Web3 wallet.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
MMAON does not have access to your wallet, does not hold your funds, and cannot recover lost assets or reverse on-chain transactions.

5. Prediction Markets (Powered by Polymarket)

The prediction markets displayed on MMAON are powered by Polymarket’s decentralized infrastructure and smart contracts.

No House or Counterparty: MMAON does not set odds, hold liquidity, or act as a counterparty to your positions. All market interactions are executed directly on the blockchain via Polymarket.
Not Financial Advice: All data, market volumes, and chat discussions are for informational and entertainment purposes only. MMAON does not provide financial or investment advice.
Restricted Territories: Access to decentralized prediction markets is restricted in certain jurisdictions. You agree not to use the Platform if you are located in a region where such use is prohibited by local law or restricted by Polymarket’s underlying infrastructure.
Regulatory Compliance: Users are strictly responsible for ensuring that their participation in decentralized prediction markets complies with the local laws and regulations of their jurisdiction.

6. Social Tipping Ecosystem

MMAON allows users to send voluntary financial tips directly to athletes, content creators, or fellow fans for valuable analysis and content.

All tips are peer-to-peer blockchain transactions.
Once a tip is sent, it is permanently recorded on the blockchain and is strictly non-refundable. MMAON cannot reverse or refund tipped amounts.

7. User Conduct and Content

When participating in live chats, posting fight analysis, or interacting with the community, you agree to:

Post accurate, respectful, and relevant content.
Refrain from spamming, posting malicious links, or attempting to manipulate the community.
Acknowledge that MMAON reserves the right to moderate, remove, or ban users who violate community guidelines or post illegal content.

8. Intellectual Property

All MMAON branding, logos, custom UI designs, and original content are the intellectual property of MMAON. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary assets without explicit written permission.

9. Assumption of Web3 Risk

Interacting with blockchain networks carries inherent risks. By using MMAON, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, fluctuating gas fees, and the volatile nature of digital assets.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MMAON makes no warranties regarding the uptime of the blockchain networks or the Polymarket protocol. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMAON and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, smart contract vulnerabilities, or market fluctuations.
